Jack Crane:

Jack graduated from Philadelphia College of Art (now the University of the Arts) with a major in Illustration. He graduated with honors and won the ELY Award of Excellence in Illustration.

Specializing in both traditional and digital illustration and design, working in both MAC and Windows environments, he has work represented in major book and magazine publications as well as national and international corporations throughout the U.S.A. Jack's favorite traditional media incorporates black and white line work mixed with assorted color techniques, including watercolor, dyes, inks and acrylics.

A history of his Illustrations includes examples in: science, medicine, horticultural, editorial, crafts, fantasy, architecture, education and also creating logos and building legal displays.

For quite some time he has created highly technical 2D and 3D legal displays. The past few years Jack has witnessed an increase in requests for some very sophisticated 3D legal models.

Giant Color-and-Learn Book"

Cover Illustration for "The Story of Annheuser Busch Clydesdales Giant Color-and-Learn Book". The art was done in waterproof india ink with a Winsor-Newton watercolor and colored ink wash with a mechanical overlay for the background and typgraphy. Book is 14" X 22".
